What sizes are available?
- 4-inch — serves 1–2 people
- 6-inch — serves 3–6 people
- 8-inch — serves 10–12 people
- 8+6-inch double layer — serves 15–20 people
Can I cancel or change the date?
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your reserved date. No cancellations are accepted within 7 days of the reservation. Date changes require at least 3 days' notice and are subject to availability.
Do you accept other payment methods?
We recommend paying through our website. All transactions are securely processed via Square, and we never store your credit card information. We also accept Venmo, Zelle, Alipay, and WeChat Pay (RMB = USD × 7.5).
What is the pick up time?
Cakes are made fresh on the day of your reservation and are available for pickup between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
If you need your cake in the morning, please let us know in advance. We may be able to accommodate depending on our workload, but availability is not guaranteed. You can also reserve for the day before and pick up the following morning.
Important notes for pick-up
🚗 Transportation
Our cakes are made with fresh heavy whipping cream, which makes both the sponge and cream very soft and delicate. For safe transport, please place the cake flat on the ❗️FLOOR MAT❗️ of the front passenger seat. Avoid sudden stops, sharp turns, heat, and direct sunlight.
🧊 Storage:
Since our cakes contain no preservatives or additives, refrigeration is required. For the best freshness, consume within 2 days. Once removed from the fridge, enjoy within an hour.
🍴 Before You Eat
Our colorful cakes use food-safe dyes that may temporarily stain skin. To minimize staining, you can remove the outer colored layer or eat from the center outward. Please remove all non-edible decorations, including toys, toppers, and fresh flowers, before serving.
🥛 Ingredients:
Our cakes contain eggs, dairy, flour, sugar, and fruit. If you have allergies to any of these ingredients, please do not consume. Please supervise children closely while they enjoy our cakes.

Do you deliver? Where is the pick-up location?
We do not currently offer delivery or partner with any delivery services. All cakes are available for pickup at our Cupertino location.
Do you have candles?
We provide one complimentary candle as shown in the picture. We also have a variety of candles available for purchase.

What does the packaging look like?
Each cake is packaged in a transparent cake box and tied with a ribbon.

Do you have plates and utensils?
Yes! We sell a 6-person utensil set for $3.99.

Can you help with writing a greeting card?
Yes, we can provide a simple handwritten card as shown.

Gift Card
We offer both electronic and physical gift cards, redeemable for any product, including same-day orders, regular cakes, custom cakes, and holiday specials.
Balances never expire. Since gift cards are not linked to any personal information, please keep yours safe. Lost cards cannot be replaced.
